The environment depends on our behavior and attitude, so we are trying to make it friendly. The management is really supportive on that matter and encourages the development of a friendly working environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team includes 14 people, that are separated on 2 more mobile sub-teams. We are divided based on tasks that are needed to be performed. So, one week I can be part of the first team, the next - week, a part of the second.
