The team is not just "team" but "TEAM". We work together in a great synchronous. We are like Princeton Heavyweight Crew always paddling in one direction and everybody is giving his best

My team includes 14 people, that are separated on 2 more mobile sub-teams. We are divided based on tasks that are needed to be performed. So, one week I can be part of the first team, the next - week, a part of the second.
