The focus of our leadership team to allow us to innovate and also coaching us on different perspectives and approaches to a scenario, resolution or an issue.
What makes you most happy at work?
Collaborating with my internal team to help customers realize their potential through 6sense and make them winners at their company!!!! It's the AHA moment when that's the most rewarding with customers and internal teams!!!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My passion is teaching others. At 6sense, there's is strong encouragement to learn, freely think and test new concepts. This process allows me to teach my peers, managers, other teams but most importantly customers.
