Interacting with my talented colleagues, working with a product I stand behind, and knowing my hard work has an impact on the company's success.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on the number of hours I work, current title, and experience, there's an opportunity to align my base and commission with the rest of my teams' compensation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership cares about what the team and I have to say. Leadership asks how our role can be improved from a task and efficiency standpoint, and managers work with us on achieving our career growth goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The F.A.M.I.L.Y culture is bigger here at 6sense. I had a family matter that required me to take some time off, and the full 6sense team came to my rescue to help out with coverage and support; they even contacted me throughout my time off to see how my family and I were doing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
This is one of the best teams I've ever been a part of. We work together as a unit, and we cover for each other if one of our team members is out or has a meeting conflict, and our team responds quickly to questions the team or I have. Lastly, they're a fun group to interact with daily.
