Working at 6Sense has and will be one of the best experiences in my career. Going on almost 2 years being a part of this amazing company, I have learned so much and felt like I've made an impact. The people are top notch and it's great to be excited about going to work everyday and be challenged.

The company is doing well so that keeps everyone motivated and excited. Also coworkers truly care about you.

I like that we are paid competitively when it comes to our base salary but, also that we are compensated based on company growth.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Fun team, everyone is very down to earth and willing to help. There seems to be a sense of community and competitiveness at the same time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team is always very transparent on the state of our company and our individual contributions & goals. They continue to ensure that we are challenged and keep us motivated and invested in the company's vision.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I've never worked for a team that is always so willing to jump in and help. Everyone is extremely smart and hard working. Even though we are individual contributors, it feels like a broader team effort within CS.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is always working in sync towards the some goals and broader vision. 6Sense is always going above and beyond to ensure that we are taken care of, supported and feel like we are making an impact. 6Sense is also just a super fun place to work with great benefits.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making an impact and driving success for my customers. We all need to feel like we are doing something of value, bettering ourselves and others. Working in CS at 6Sense has been a great opportunity to do that. Also being able to work with such a great team adds bonus points.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Slowing things down and allow employees to work smarter not harder. Everyday there is something else being thrown at us and the majority are extremely overwhelmed and burnt out. I understand it's an exciting time and we have aggressive goals to meet but, I think we are losing sight of some key thing
