What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

People are nice, empathetic, collaborative and fun. There are decent regular hangout sessions.

What makes you most happy at work?

Had efficient and fun meetings, or spent some time myself that have pointed out to a promising solution.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We have really nice, smart, hard-working and fun team. Most people are on top of their work and willing to jump into problems.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I 'm not super unhappy about my current pay, but I do feel that with my current scope, experience, and what I can bring to the team, I do deserve a higher base salary.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I think our leadership team knows what they are doing. The direction that the company's product is going makes sense to me. I also see them investing in culture-building and employee happiness. We are going through growth pain, but I see their actions trying their best to scale and figure things out
