I look forward to Mondays which is pretty unusual amongst my friends. Work/life balance is amazing. There is no micromanagement. I love it, everyday and say so to people I know. They don't know what that is like. Luckily, I do.

What makes you most happy at work?
The people first and foremost. The product is exciting as well - lots to learn and great growth and learning opportunities. My manager is amazing as are my fellow product teammates.

Autonomy - employees empowered to give and do their best. Friendly professionalism is always at play - meaning there is genuineness in all interactions. There is excitement at the company for all we are doing and accomplishing.
