They are so positive and helpful. We really are like a family at Accelo working toward a common goal.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My hiring manager was very quick to respond to all my inquiries and called me any time I had a question that was easier answered over the phone.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better about my compensation if we got to do more as a team or received gifts that showed the company appreciates us. Whether that's going out for drinks on the Accelo bar tab or receiving care packages in lockdown, a little goes a long way.
