Environment is fun and colourful! The culture is accepting and successful.

There's no drama. It's a drama free zone. I have worked in toxic cultures and this is the exact opposite. It's supportive and inclusive and caring.

That Accelo fosters the positive traits in us all. We work seriously hard, but don't take ourselves too seriously. We all care about each other and look after each other. There are a lot of celebrations and fun times at Accelo to reward the hard work.

There is always something upcoming to look forward to. There are spaces within the office to work more comfortably if needed and a well-stocked kitchen when it's time for a break away from work.

It is a supportive environment, rather than one filled with competition. Everyone is lovely.
