What did you like most about the interview process?
Every step was genuine - they were fair and kind. The process was fast and I was updated every step of the way.
It was very casual and friendly - and a great way to get to know the team and culture.
I got to talk to the CEO and the process flowed well. Interviews were scheduled as quickly as I could accommodate them. Although there were several, each was meaningful and I got to interact with most of the team before an offer was made.
That I got to speak to a few different people over a couple interviews and then also had the opportunity to meet the team. It gave you a real feel for what the company was like, and reaffirmed that I was going for a position at the right company.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
More targeted and fewer number of interviews would have been good.
