They don't care about their employees much less the clients. They tell you it's job placement when you do the training and they don't give you work. You have to call them everyday and hope someone called out in order for you to work. The coordinators are extremely rude and dismissive.

Stop saying job placement if there isn't any. Stop stating availability in residing borough and there isn't any. Stop saying contact coordinator if the coordinator is rude or barely answers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better pay. If you have someone work for you under the impression of job placement then give the aide the work. Caring coordinators. A team who is actually supportive of the aide and the clients.
