Listening to those that work in the Branches
Communicate skills. Logistics ratio distribution but that's probably to hard for them understand.
Communication! Training staff! Not going in and messing things all up.
Jist shut down the company completely
Listening & getting medical attention for clients that have needed it for weeks after being told repeatedly by the field employees visiting clients homes.
More communication with all the employees and employers
Everything from organization, caring about employees, bonuses, not lying and then changing policies after you worked and then not psying you. THEY HAVE CLASS ACTION LAW SUITS AND PAGE AFTER PAGE OF LAW SUITS FOR FRAUD AND NOT PAYING EMPLOYEES.

Training to do the job they all new and dont nothing about the job
Being fair, consistent and do their job correctly. Treat us better and pay us better
Communication, paperwork, attitudes when speaking with employees about something the manager did wrong.
New staff overall with support and compassion
everything. there is no leadership in the Lewiston branch. to many games being played. employees just dont care. Most of us have not had a raise in 3 years. evals have not been done in the same or more time. The office doesnt care so why should the caregivers?
Handling payment and making corrections in a timely fashion.
Paying employees in a timely matter , not having to wait over a month to get payed, for hours already worked.

The managers and their supervisors only harrass and never try to build trust with employees. Their money means everything and the client, nothing.......
