Absolutely amazingly fantastical! If there was a better word that I could use I would in a heart beat. Until then on a scale of 1-5 stars I would absolutely give Addus 100,000 stars! I love working for them!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I can't say that I liked any one part of the interview process anymore than the next. About the best thing that I can say is that I am proud to be an Addus employee!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The guys and gals in the care team take the time to answer any questions that you may have. For me, Addus is like another whole family, with the relaxation to work how you want within a realm of reason.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I would have to say that the best thing about our team is that we all have the same goal. To make sure that any and all clients are happy and comfortable. At the end of the day there is no arguing, or gossip like most work places. Just peace!
What makes you most happy at work?
At the end of the day as long as my clients are happy, I am happy and that makes my day! Hearing all the happy comments that my clients make to my boss about me, makes every second count more than the last. I love seeing my clients happy more than anything.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Addus themselves doesn't care about what race you are, they don't judge you by the color of your skin. They judge you by your work, and what your clients say about you. The best part of the culture with the clients is that they are from all over, and have so many stories to tell.
