Started out fantastic, DRASTICALLY went downhill. No feeling of security, no feeling of progression, value, etc. What I want as a career, and what the management team feel I want do not coalesce, but their way goes.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No clear indication of how to improve as a person. Management is taking direction from a CRO who seemingly doesn't understand the entire world is going through economic difficulties.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Marketvalue is much higher for this position. I have been doing dual roles, moved between two teams and three different positions, and none of this has resulted in any compensation discussion.
