Algolia is a rocket. It is a pleasure to be part of this adventure and write history with my peers. I think that we have to be careful with this last step before IPO with so many executives taking decision in the US on a company still driven by EMEA that can be quite frustrating.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Algolia is a rocketship, amazing product and people. The growth is incredible and exciting. I just think that we have lost the soul of our mission, the core value of our business and have a completely ELT that is not expert of Algolia and forgot our main core mission for our customers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We can collaborate more between the teams but I love my team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The trust that the company can have for the employees is the most positive aspect about the culture at Algolia
What makes you most happy at work?
The motion of our company, the product and the growh makes our job easier. I feel that we are sharing this journey all together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
More than the package I think that we have a realistic target and territories to give the ability to the whole team to be on target.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
As an IC on the Revenue organisation what I like the best is Michelle's leadership. She acts and support all of us in the best way with the ability to speak directly with her.
