Work is interesting, we have the tools to make it better, everyone is positively implicated and cooperative.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how they communicate, in a very humane and cooperating way, instead of administrative or ordering way.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The variable part distributed in quarters, with objectives set reasonably, so that the variable part is always positive. Stock options and promise for a good investment is also excellent.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All of us are aligned about the Values and their importance in every day work and relation to each other. That creates a great momentum which carry (and train) even the very few outliers who don't believe in them.
