Its ok just alot of things need to be improved and changed ive been through tough times and good times but i stayed strong and always made sure i was present seen good people but id say ive been through alot working here
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication asw well as being understanding when it comes to the workers focusing on the type of job they send us drivers / helpers and build a better system for the new comers
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people we have a wide variety of culture here everyone welcomes each other even if your the new guy cause we all have been in those shoes id say thats one ofnthe positive things

We never leave one another behind always try to have the best possible attitude with our customer we try to make the best of the job and have fun doing what we do on the job
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Just as i stated on the forst question communication understanding and putting more time in each move and matchung that woth the type of guys being sent out basically just see who your sending out and to what sending anybody anywhere can have an end result of anything bad horrible maybe good depends
