What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the fact that they bring up things in a constructive and respectful manner. Very professional.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's probably best that the management is quick to construe a methodology regarding the work flow. However it does make for a steadfast environment and assertate's assimilation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the roles they have set-up compared to their responsibilities is what makes them under-compensated. I am unsure about how they could partition the workload more fairly but the monetary compensation seems like a fair start.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the team members are willing to do a good job (despite differing beliefs of what that entails) it's good for morale that most members seek to provide an excellent service; which in turn would aid in the success of the crew aswell.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A more concise schedule regarding/considering time being compensated to time that isn't. It is a very difficult task to manage a routine that would be the most altruistic towards all parties time. However it could be possible with a more disciplined outlook of the schedule.
