i like all my sons moving only because i love lending a helping hand. I think that the company practices shady tactics to get the customers money and sometimes i feel conflicted with my integrity because i know sometimes its not right

the willingness to work for each other because we are all in it together

The times when we all collectively are working together to get through a tough job. a team willing to go through the fire
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The reliability of hour and team members is lacking. Hours are never a sure thing and the tracking of the hours is not good either.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i think we as driver should get paid for the entire time we drive the truck. The clock in and clock out system, i think is flawed because sometimes we dont get paid our full time working on the truck because management sometimes misses our hours simply because of human error
