From my initial start in 2018 till now I have always been proud to be apart of this company. There has always been plenty of room to grow as long as you are willing to follow the processes.

The room to grow into higher positions
What makes you most happy at work?
Coming in and booking moves for my team to be able to provide for there families.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is good and its weekly pay which is a plus. The bonus structure is set up nicely if you are driven and want to succeed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They give the tools necessary to succeed in our business. There is good communication across the board from our FVP up to even higher leadership within the company. My FVP is always available to speak one on one about any concern.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have fantastic retention at our office with our core people. We build our team up daily before we send them out. All of the operators in our office keep everything 100% open door for anything our team wants to discuss with us. We shout our teams accomplishments out daily on whats app.
