So far in my brief experience I am in love with All My Sons. My only complaint is work/life balance and amount of hours worked each week. Other than that I cannot complain because I love my job and my coworkers.

Helping the customers and our guys achieve their goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How we treat eachother more like a family rather than coworkers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem invested in my future and growth and are constantly making changes improving the company during difficult times.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe our salary does not equate to the 60+ hour work weeks we are required to put in.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are more of a family than anything. We take care of each other and care about one another on more than a work basis.
