The growth opportunites are endless. To start at the bottom and get to the level I am now, it is refreshing knowing I took a leap of faith many years ago that have brougt me and my family new beginnings and a stable lifestyle.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is so much knowledge to be obtained by individuals who are willing to take the time to educate.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You don't become stagnant. Things are ever-changing in the moving business. There are always new ideas being brought forth.
What makes you most happy at work?
Building relationships with everyone invloved. Including customers. Being able to give people a great experience and take off some stress, while being compensated for it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together at a high level to ensure everything is taken care of. We care about eachother which shows in our work and holding ourselves and each other accontable for the entire branch.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is fair but you are expected to work 60+ hours a week as well as be available at any time on your days off. Work life balance does not feel adequate. Even hiring one additonal person for support would offset this and help retain individuals that want to help build the business.
