My family and I are truly living our best life due to being blessed with All My Sons Moving in my/our life. It is more than being employed here, I leave home to come to my other home with my other family. I have never had what I have now with a company or all of leadership here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works as a team, just like you would as a family to accomplish something great that all will benefit from. I work with the best!!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team: no matter who is above me as a supervisor, manager, CEO, CFO, or one of the VP’s, it does not matter who is it, everyone treats me just as if I am one of the fam
What makes you most happy at work?
The support I have and the people I work with. It makes me extremely happy that I am and always have been treated with and spoken to with respect and kindness. Everyone is and coworkers are with each other as well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Over the years it has allowed my family and I to thrive, not survive. I am blessed to work w/a company /leadership that cares. Examples like my pay, health benefits, paid time off, monthly bonuses and extra rewards along the way such as drawings for things like laptops, tv?
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Family! Everyone succeeding and leadership provides you with the tools to do this. We 100% exude winning at everything! There is just so much support that I or anyone has, that there would not be a reason for you to not succeed for yourself and for the company as whole!
