Since I've started here at all my sons, they have brought me in like I was a piece of the family, and showed me what real hard work and Teamwork can accomplish. It's nice to be somewhere where you are thought of as an asset due to all of your experience in the field.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They see all of us as a team working together to achieve a common goal.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a positive connection between the driver and helpers and the management. We dont work against eachother we all work together.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're a very level headed team, we work super well together and everyones input is head and put into consideration when making decisions
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to take logistical problems and make them go away, also preparing our crews to take care of their customers in a very vulnerable time of their lives.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of time and effort we put into the buisness and treat as our own the salary could be higher. Although the bonuses are good, theyre based on production and were in industry that fluctuates with the economy so they are not guaranteed income.
