Enforce work life balance from the executive. Encourage employees to say No to late work or call.

Depending on the team's culture, I was lucky my team was very helpful and respectful. The team was very knowledgable and were experts.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Average out the total compensation to the actual hours spent, the hourly rate is absolutely terrible. Employees are expected to work overtime, work through public holidays, cancel pre-booked vacations, bring laptop on vacation, answer calls in the evening multiple days a week.
