It makes me happy how much autonomy I have in my job. And my amazing team who I've closely worked with for years.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the culture at ACE is how much people are invested in what we do. Many people prioritize fitness in their personal lives, and they work at ACE because it's their passion or value. This brings a ton of passion and goodwill into the workplace.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works extremely hard, are willing to help, and are very knowledgeable about what they do. We also all value health and wellness and respect each other's work/life balance and needs.
