What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We’re allowed to be ourselves and represent our culture right inside the store.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work with my close friend and have a good relationship with my manager.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Again, we work together and everyone knows their role. We help each other with whatever we can.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We all work together. When someone doesn’t know something, there’s always a helper there to make that person understand.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the fact I get multiple vacations throughout the year or when needed. The boss is very lenient about that.
