Incorporating employee morale into the overall business equation. Taking better care of all employees within the company. Offer benefits and upward mobility to employees and staff in the form insurance benefits and potential opportunities for employees to get pay raises.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Loyal and hardworking employees should be rewarded and incentivized to continue to be good employees. There are many employees who have worked for many years that have never been offered or given any pay raises aside from the increase in the CA minimum wage.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers don't appear to take their jobs very seriously. Likely could be improved with better treatment or compensation by management and leadership.
