What did you like most about the interview process?
There are multiple parts, you do a test, then you discuss things, then you shadow a worker to get the feel of what is expected. Then the main boss interviews you as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That they invest in their employees, that we are given every opportunity to grow. There are many ways to go about professional development and the management is hands on with coaching and interacting with planning and evaluation.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is not basic it is better than most I have seen and still there are a variety of options to have a customized coverage for the needs of varying people. I like that Amica walks the talk, we provide the best insurance for our customers and that includes our internal customers/ fellow-workers.
