Great people to work and interact with
Committed, hard working, and dedicated
They are very focused on trying to do a good job.
The workerbee are nice but office politics gets in the way
Most worker bees are very nice.
Pause meetings during times of understaffing Or high volume be creative and find alternate ways to communicate.
The work well together and care for each other
We support and bolster each other up and we do our best to have fun in spite of any complex issues or difficult cases.
My supervisor actually cares and wants me to succeed. My fellow team members are very supportive and fun to work with.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The employees on my team are tired & worn out. Week after week of more re-assignments from people that recently quit. We'd get along better if we actually had time to talk to each other instead of taking endless phone calls.
Quite frankly my coworkers suffer from the same problems as I do...low morale. Due to the lies and cutthroat behavior of CIS leadership, no-one has drive to work beyond what is absolutely necessary.
Less Gossip, and less of management playing favorites
