What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about the people!! They do a great job of pushing us, challenging us and supporting us to grow the company but they also emphasize taking care of ourselves outside of work too.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It's pretty extensive and not a typical rinse and repeat Q&A with different teams. They have different topics for each session and I think it covers the right areas to determine if someone is a right fit for the responsibilities, team and company.
