What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is very collegial and actively interested in supporting each other to achieve the best outcomes for our customers. They are also a very fun, curious, and interesting group. No one is building fiefdoms, it is a supportive and positive work environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very well aligned on mission and goals, everyone is marching towards the same outcomes and that filters down through the organization making it much easier to contribute to the organization's overall success. They also take a genuine interest in employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The flexibility to work remotely with the opportunity to come together as needed in a nice NYC-based workspace; the collegial environment and interest in people not just as coworkers but as individuals with lives outside work; the shared belief in our mission; room to voice new ideas.
