Valuing employees, prioritizing good business over short term bottom line, and rooting out the toxic culture of favoritism that continues to proliferate
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
HR is a mess about interviews; screen out good applicants, let in terrible ones. And they seem unable to handle the interview process in a consitant not-sloppy way
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes, most of us do. The pay is terrible for the level of responsibility and revenue generation supported. Company takes advantageof their employees innon-urban areas with poor salaries. Recognition on merit is virtually non-existent and career advancement is a mess.
