After improving several processes that saved the company millions per year, taking over the most complex projects in my department and achieving a "high meets". This provided me with a 3.5% pay increase amidst record inflation. I was already paid >30% under fair market value for my work.
I feel appreciated but my pay says im undervalued. The same can be said for the rest of my team, too.
Inflation adjustment would be nice

There were interesting case studies
When they new they wanted to hire me, they didn't stall in getting an offer out. It came the same day or the day after my interview.
Transparency, moved quickly, easy overall.
Friendly discussion, polite, respect, throught process
It went well no issues
HR is a mess about interviews; screen out good applicants, let in terrible ones. And they seem unable to handle the interview process in a consitant not-sloppy way

Review from Product Dept
Get rid of leadership. Stop the politics and make business decisions based on the business need and not personal feelings. Hold people accountable. Manage!
