It's all inclusive and they pay a majority of the costs associated with the insurances.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is not competitive and is very low for the industry. Company culture and work/life balance used to help me turn a blind eye too it, but recent PPO changes have affected many people negatively driving morale and engagement down.
