The leadership team is very smart, creative, and detail oriented. But sometimes, they take longer than desired to reach a decision.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel appreciated but my pay says im undervalued. The same can be said for the rest of my team, too.
