Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being in the market every single day we know what other companies are paying on a base salary for agency recruiters. Atrium is on the very low end. Also, Atrium is paying newer employees more money then employees who have been here longer. The gap is pretty significant.
