Can talk personally as well as professionally, supportive, celebrate wins

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Yearly increases on the base, not just when you hit promotions (based on performance of course)- Newer teams havent been given the tools and resources to grow as other teams have

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Ability to join additional trainings, panels, l&d, D&I initiatives. Hybrid has been postiive although for some its been an option so having more of a flex approach for all would be even better.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Growth and development of employees Performance reviews, understanding incentives Streamlining communication Focus on 1 on 1 training, mentoring with managers Focus less on veteran recruiters and help grow the next wave
