What did you like most about the interview process?

They were listening and seemed sincerely interested

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Base salary ok. Cash bonus hold hostage of boss' mood because goals are constantly changing

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Better customer focus. Long term approach not just getting the transaction to achieve the quarterly objective

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Real leaders. Long term strategy. Stop the daily negotiations with associates and support them. Top Commercial executive has only one tool in his kit: the hammer

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Empowering people. Stop the endless negotiations about goals and get some clarity and some stability about what you want to achieve (in addition to ensure your own scorecard looks good)

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Meetings are one way only. My coworkers are just too afraid to express an opinion. They just want to weather the daily storm and sirvive another day. They are convinced only yes-men are tolerated (and I am afraid they are right)
