Actually, the old employees were much more knowledgeable. New Temps have taken their positions.
Overall they are a good group but management plays favorites which does not help with relationships.
They work very hard and we all have great communication abnd support for one and another to achieve all that is asked of you on a daily basis The major issues are pay over expectation on a daily basis of burdening them with more duties such as meetings,quetionaires,and to cover a absent colleagues
Learn to work as teams, get out of the ivory tower.
More people are needed to do the work

Be respectful or one another. More support -- a "How can I help you with this" approach vs "That's not my job, you are on your own" mindset
Meetings are one way only. My coworkers are just too afraid to express an opinion. They just want to weather the daily storm and sirvive another day. They are convinced only yes-men are tolerated (and I am afraid they are right)
