We have fun. It's not all work. The group we have now is not so salty and is willing to see their part in failures as well as the easy to claim successes.

The company is going through downsizing and restructuring. They are working on improving the culture and getting the employees more involved in the decision making. It is a process to breakdown some of the old habits left by former waterfall style leaders.
