Too much stress for too little pay

Compensation system is not transparent. I think having a grade approach for salaries would help me to understand where I am in the company and why. When I don't understand it I feel underrated.

current medical insurance does not cover the things, which I, usually, seen to be covered also, I would like to seen 4-6 days for work from home per month, from previous experience there is a good value in per-country team rotation\experience exchange

Celebrating each others wins with things like praise and awards.

The workplace culture is fun and easy-going. There is a weekly happy hour, game room with ping pong tables, flexible PTO, and many other perks.

Fewer layoffs, hire more talented people with actual skills

The different departments in our company do not appear to be team oriented. the overall goal should be success of the entire corporation not individual teams. Blame is put on different departments constantly instead of trying to fix the company and work together.
