What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all independent workers but as a team we are also collaborative. In previous jobs I felt either too close & personal (where the professional lines were blurred) or very detached from my department (where I did not care about my coworkers at all) however, in this dept. we have a good balance
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In previous employments, I felt that I was micromanaged & most of the work I was doing were not my decisions (more being told what to do). However my current manager encourages me to make my own decisions & helps me when needed. It helps me take more ownership & my work feels like its "mine"
