Working to inspire each other. Each individual's commitment to Excellence. People working together toward the same goal(s).
What do you like best about the leadership team?
No matter how hard a situation, a good leader inspires, motivates and leads by example; they refrain from hasty shortcuts and choose to hear the thoughts of those involved.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Each individual takes responsibility for their own work, which allows us to work together towards a common goal. Teammates often look out for one another and let each other know when something will impact another's process.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is not at market, vacation time is one week less than other institutions offer. While I have not had to utilize Bereavement time it seems harsh. Sick time at other institutions can be used as needed without question.
