I have been with the company two months prior to the impact of Covid and realized no matter the situation, we would make sure we put the customers and employees first and worked together to figure out how to complete our daily task without impacting our customers. Team work was key!

The 401k contribution I feel is the best part about our compensation package.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We are always striving to become the best bank in town. We have started to focus on understanding the profitability of our customers relationships and recognizing how to increase our non-interest income through TMS products and services.
