they are professional, knowledgeable, approachable, and open to new ideas/innovations.

salary, car allowance, LTIP (profit-sharing) to foster a greater sense of invested ownership in the organization

they are very collaborative and have a "team unity" mindset. they are also personable, and very supportive of our business (ownership mindset), as well as of my leadership.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
there seems to be a genuine atmosphere of collaboration and openness. in general, there is also good sense of trust and respect throughout the organization. associates for the most part are friendly and approachable.
What makes you most happy at work?
A general sense that I am having a positive impact on the organization, and being made to feel that I'm in a position of strategic influence. Having connections with some associates whom I consider to be close friends.
