* they are very good with teamwork, they will help each other out when we really need them. * they are very caring people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
* It can be bit loud time to time but it gives a warm vibe in the office. I can tell they are all working hard.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
* we are small team. We do a lot for the team. I believe we deserve better since we need tech savvy, speak bilingual, and need to be multitasking.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
* verify friendly and understanding leader team. * they would try to do best with our schedule and understand what we are going through when we are having hard time.
