The fact that I feel like I belong and am needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communication between managers and team members is better than most companies I have been with, the positives are acknowledged just as much as the negatives which is great.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel I was compensated well for the job and the benefits were a huge plus being that the majority of the monthly PPO was paid for by the company which I have never had before.
