I have had a great time working at BoH since graduating college. My collogues are awesome and have taught me so much about working within a bank. I have gotten a lot of exposure into the industry and have played a big role in many deals that have gotten done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My boss has encouraged a great culture within our team and we all work together to accomplish our goals and tasks.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We are able to all work together and have a great relationship with each other. Everything is a team effort and they take the time to invest in my success.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have fun, enjoy our time in the office, and get our work done efficiently and well. I look forwarding to the office as I work harder with those working hard around me.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nothing. I enjoy my job but I would be more excited to be on the beach 24/7 than at a desk. Happy about my work but plenty of other things I'd rather do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better communication with upper management and my boss on how my performance is being based. Having your bonus be decided before you receive your annual review isn't right. Better communication on how it is handled. Just pay more.
