The management doesn't show the consistency and change the words too often.

The only reason that I can work at this company is that I have good team members.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Inflation was intense during the past years, but there was no corresponding increase in wage. In addition, the Bank's salary range is lower compared to the salary range offered by other banks for the same job position. Wage should be adjusted reasonably.
